Her warm-heartedness and organizational skills keep the Life Center running smoothly. Tracy's involvement in the Life Center's daily operations, budget management and volunteer coordination ensures a welcoming space for all.

Project Lift Coordinator

Drawing from a diverse background as a business owner, bank president, sports coach, and adjunct college professor, Tom Miller brings a unique blend of financial expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for helping others grow. With a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and years of experience in leadership and mentoring, Tom serves as Project Lift Coordinator—coaching and guiding guests toward stability, renewed purpose, and hope for the future. His work reflects both his professional skill and his deep commitment to helping others discover a life that includes faith in Jesus and the confidence to move forward.

Founding Director

With decades of experience as a pastor, author and board-certified chaplain, and equipped with a couple of graduate degrees, Jody Burgin laid the foundation for the Life Center in 2017. Jody's wisdom and leadership drive the center’s mission, guiding those navigating life's complexities. In retirement, Jody is shifting his attention to his family, and has a writing project and other adventures planned.

Social Media and Web Development Coordinator

Diane combines creativity and strategy to share stories that inspire faith and connection. She is passionate about using digital platforms to tell the stories of people whose lives are being transformed through hope and community. With a heart for helping others know Jesus, Diane works to create content that encourages, uplifts, and invites others to take part in God’s work. Her background in communication and storytelling helps her craft messages that are both authentic and impactful.

Executive Director

Jason brings decades of experience from the highest levels of healthcare leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Mount Saint Joseph and an MBA from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. After years of professional success, Jason felt God calling him to something deeper: helping people find hope, opportunity, and connection in their hardest moments. Now at the Life Center, Jason combines strategic vision with a servant’s heart to empower individuals to grow and thrive.
