Growing the idea of a Life Center, from a dream into reality,
takes the sacrifice and determination of leaders and countless volunteers.

Our mission is to empower anyone having a difficult time with what they need to grow.

The Life Center is where people, who find themselves in places they never expected to be, will find caring friends who will listen to their stories, offer resources, and help develop plans to grow.

What is our process?

The Life Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides immediate relief and long-term solutions using trained volunteers, experts, and community partners. Our comprehensive 3-step process includes:

  1. Solve 7 of the basic needs in the world while working to eliminate, or resolve, root causes.

  2. Guide people to create healthier lives. Our guests decide what it means to have a healthier life while building new skills, habits, and routines.

  3. Walk alongside people as they grow. Guests are invited into a community relationship that includes education, mentoring, accountability, and guidance.

What are our values?

No matter who you are, where you come from, or what circumstance you find yourself in, at the Life Center you'll find:

  1. Dignity - We believe in creating a radically inclusive community where people are treated with dignity, love, and respect regardless of economic circumstances, race, ethnicity, or religious affiliation.

  2. Hope - We believe hope is a foundational virtue necessary for all people to thrive.

  3. Growth - We believe every living thing grows and develops. Our growth process focuses on holistic growth including cognitive, spiritual, emotional, and physical.

Hi, I'm Sprout!

You'll be seeing me all around the Life Center. I hope to put a smile on your face and remind you of our mission. I'm on a quest to help those who help others, to think and love deeper. I'm also on a quest to help those who are having a difficult time, to find solutions and grow.

I kinda think of myself as a superhero who fights against hopelessness.

Take a closer look. I've got roots down in the ground that hold me up, bring me water and lots of food to help me grow. I've got a stem to feed and hold my leaves and flowers. I've got leaves that grow right off my stem and help me turn sunlight into energy. With the help of several friends, I can make my food, and grow and grow. My flowers blossom with colors that fill the world, and I spread seeds everywhere, which sew more sprouts.
