The Decision Team
Following the interview, your completed application goes to a decision team who makes a determination within 10 days. In some circumstances, especially where an unexpected crisis created a hardship, we can partner with you by providing some limited financial assistance from our small resource fund.
You will be invited to participate in our Hero on a Mission program, designed to help you regain stability and take meaningful steps forward. Participation in this program is a required part of receiving financial assistance.
