Just as a gardener needs a variety of gardening tools, the Life Center has many resources to meet people's needs, and to guide them as they grow healthier lives.

Together with your coach, you will create an action plan, set goals, and develop steps to achieve your goals and grow. While working to eliminate or resolve root causes, you’ll decide what it means to have a healthier life through building new skills, habits, and routines. Your coach will help match your needs to the services offered.
